My family room was spotless with a pull out bed if need be. I found the hotel's location wonderful, close to the big square.

Everyone was very pleasant and extremely friendly. Overall it was new-fashioned and silent with large balcony.

My stay was really really nice for 5 nights. Got the same spotless family room for the amenities of viaregio booked online, truly enjoyed that. The staff was exceptionally nice all day long. The location in a coastal area was wonderful and there were a supermarket and shops nearby. Also, Piazza Maria Luisa wasn’t far.

All in all everything was great, had a really great stay for 5 nights. I interacted with the wonderful and fantastic staff. Super location, rooms were brilliant. The property was set in a lovely area😃❤

The location was particularly good and amazing, just a pleasant stroll away from Pineta di Ponente. The area was coastal short walk to a Viareggio, the stores, restaurants and the sea and Piedmonte private beach.

As an interior designer, I believe they could improve the sense of arrival with regards to the reception. I have an expectation of 4 stars and this perhaps let's it down a little. Given the space available they could improve it drastically. As we say in our industry, first impression counts. I was disappointed initally on entering however the quality of the room made up for it.

We liked that classic hotel. Well-equipped bathroom with a bidet. You'll need 5 minutes to walk to Bar il Principino with nice drinks:)))

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. First and foremost, the location is absolutely amazing. Situated right on the seafront, I was treated to stunning views of the ocean every morning. Not only that, but there were plenty of lovely places to eat within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient.
